CBCA Programme — Effective Enforcement Notice (1 January 2025)

Effective 1 January 2025, all consignments arriving in Somalia without a valid Certificate of Conformity (CoC) issued under the CBCA programme are subject to stronger enforcement measures, including penalties and possible refusal of entry. Importers and exporters to Somalia are reminded that pre-export conformity verification is mandatory for all regulated goods unless specifically exempted.
