Scope
A voluntary product certification scheme operated by SoBS for products that demonstrate exceptional quality and superior standards performance.
Eligibility
Products already compliant with Somali Standards (QM/ISM) whose manufacturers voluntarily seek premium recognition through enhanced evaluation of quality performance, consistency and management systems.
How to apply
Voluntary application to SoBS, enhanced assessment (extended testing, management-system evaluation and performance review), award decision by the SoBS certification committee, and annual re-evaluation to retain the Platinum Mark.
